 Recultivation

Similarly as the raw material mining even the environment protection is an integral part of the control process of our Company. Recultivations of mining activity consequences are planned in advance and commenced immediately after aggregate mining finishing. We always pay attention to the suitable selection of solutions for the given locality. Each year we create financial reserves for recultivations that are kept on a separated account.

 Technological line (2005)

     In the Bohučovice (the Morava Sever group) quarry we have opened a new technological line.

New part of the technological line is at the same time designed as equipment with lower impacts on the environment than the existing equipment. Noisiness of newly installed machines is lower than that of the existing. By jacketing of the upper part of the final sorting plant the overall environment load by noise and dust is reduced. All transport routes are covered with CAPOTEX arch covers, transfer nodal points are mechanically sealed and new sorting machines, transfer points and storage bins are sucked through new sucking equipment. By these measures the volume of dust fall-out in the direct quarry surroundings is reduced, which significantly contributes to lesser ecological load of the landscape.
